Karen McCullagh currently serves as a Technical Executive - Food Incidents at the Food Safety Authority of Ireland since November 2019. Prior to this role, Karen held the position of Specification Technologist at Stillgoran Trading Post t/a Swift Fine Foods from January 2018 to November 2019. Karen's experience includes several roles at Loblaw Companies Limited, including Quality Assurance Specialist from November 2013 to December 2017, and QA Specialist in various capacities from April 2009 to November 2012. Earlier experience includes serving as QA Manager at The Nest Box Egg Company from 2006 to 2008. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Technology from Technological University Dublin, completed between 2001 and 2005.
