Sarah Carroll PhD is currently the Food Reformulation Taskforce- Technical Executive at the Food Safety Authority of Ireland. Previously, Sarah founded and worked as a consultant at MENUtrition, focusing on helping food service businesses comply with calorie reporting regulations and creating cost-effective and competitive menus. Sarah also has experience as an RD&A Technologist at Kerry, where Sarah worked on developing low water activity fruit and confectionary fillings, sauces, and jams. Additionally, Sarah conducted research as a PhD researcher in Nutrition at Queen Margaret University and worked as a Community Food and Health Development Worker at The Ripple Project.
