Anuj Mamgain is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the food service industry. Currently serving as a Senior Application Chef at Food Service India Private Limited since April 2023, Anuj has previously held positions such as Regional Chef at HyFun Foods, Sous Chef at Devyani Food Industries, and Chef at Veeba.
