Lucy Simon is an experienced professional in the food and editorial industry, currently serving as an Assistant Editor at Food & Wine since June 2022. Previously, Lucy held the position of Editorial Assistant at the same publication from April 2021 to April 2022, and served as a Wine Fellow and Production Assistant in video during that time.
