Eider Andres Perez Ortega

Eider Andres Perez Ortega is a seasoned professional in the flavoring industry, currently serving as a Senior Flavorist at Foodarom since October 2012, where responsibilities include creating and matching trendy flavors for food and beverage applications with a focus on nutraceuticals, as well as providing support to various departments. Prior to this role, Eider held the position of R&D Manager at LA TOUR S.A from January 2001 to February 2012, overseeing a team of flavorists, managing department budgets, and leading long-term projects. Eider began the career as a Flavorist, specializing in sweet flavor creation for confectionery and beverages, with an emphasis on flavor encapsulation for bakery and tea industries. Eider holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Universidad Santiago de Cali and a degree as a Chemical Technologist in Chemistry from Universidad del Valle.
