Zach Soolman

Zach Soolman, MBA, currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer (fractional) at Foodberry and as Owner and Principal Consultant at ZDS Consulting LLC, specializing in brand licensing for Jumex USA. Previously, Zach held various roles at Panera Bread, culminating in the position of Vice President and General Manager, where retail sales grew from $175MM to $700MM. Zach also directed consumer marketing initiatives at Gorton's Seafood, leading to the successful launch of new business segments, and held positions at Unilever. Zach holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in Mathematics from Tufts University.
