Fred Grobety has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Fred started their career at Fau Restaurant Corporation as a Franchise Director from May 1995 to February 1999. Fred then joined Compass Group USA, where they held various positions such as Food Service Director, General Manager, Division Executive Chef, and Director of Culinary System Development from March 1999 to December 2003. After that, they worked at Foodbuy USA, where they held roles such as Director of Strategic Culinary Initiatives, Director of Culinary Initiatives, Senior Director of Client Development Support, Vice President of Client Support and Cost Analysis, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Client Experience since August 2018.
Fred Grobety attended the Montreux Palace in Montreux, Switzerland from 1987 to 1989, where they obtained a Three-Year Culinary Apprenticeship Degree. Following this, from 1990 to 1994, they enrolled at EHL and pursued a field of study in Hospitality Management.
