Faisal Javaid

Faisal Javaid has more than a decade of work experience in various roles and industries. Faisal most recently worked at FoodByUs as a Customer Success Manager starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were an Account Manager at Deliveroo from December 2021 to December 2022. Faisal also has experience in the restaurant industry, serving as a General Manager at Vapiano Australia from November 2018 to June 2021 and from March 2018 to November 2018. Before that, they were an Assistant Manager at Vapiano Australia from February 2014 to March 2018. Faisal's career started in 2009 as a Marketing Planning Officer at Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited, where they were responsible for coordinating between marketing divisions and compiling performance reports. Faisal also worked as a Customer Service Representative at Yum! Restaurants International from March 2012 to October 2013. In 2011, Faisal briefly worked as an Assistant Manager Corporate at NBP Fullerton Asset Management Limited, where they maintained relationships with corporate clients and kept them updated on fund performance.

Faisal Javaid completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Bahria University, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Faisal then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the same institution, which they completed in the years 2006 to 2007. Later, Faisal enrolled in Griffith University from 2012 to 2013 and successfully obtained a Master of International Business degree, specializing in the field of International Business.
