Lewis Steere has worked in a variety of roles in the food and beverage industry since 2010. Lewis began their career as a Sous Chef at Flying Horse Bar and Brewery in 2010. In 2014, they became a Chef De Partie at Rockpool Dining Group. In 2016, they were a Chef De Partie at The Big Group, where they were responsible for preparing fresh and frozen foods in bulk, being the first point of contact at events, creating new ways to efficiently complete jobs, co-ordinating and prioritising daily food and task preparation lists, and training new members of staff. In 2017, they were a Victorian Van Sales Manager at Remedy Kombucha and a Sous Chef at The Retreat Hotel, where they were responsible for designing and testing menus and preparing the kitchen for commercial use. Since 2018, they have been a Field Sales Executive at Quest Beverages Pty Ltd, and since 2020, they have been a Territory Sales Manager and Business Development Manager at FoodByUs.
