David P. Brown

David P. Brown has extensive work experience in tax management and consulting roles. David P. worked as an Interim Tax Director at FoodChain ID, where they directed the year-end tax provision and conducted a risk assessment on sales tax exposure. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Tax Consultant at NN Inc, where they supported the Tax Director with tax compliance and income tax accounting matters. At Claire's, they held the position of Director, Global Tax, overseeing all domestic and international tax planning, compliance, and audits. David also worked as a Tax Director at Intermedix, where they implemented tax processes and executed year-end income tax accounting. David P. started their career at Deutsche Post AG as the Vice President and Head of Tax for the Americas, responsible for all direct and indirect tax matters. David's early experience includes working as an Assistant Treasurer at FCI, where they managed US tax matters and corporate treasury functions.

David P. Brown pursued their education in a variety of fields. In 2020, they attended the University of Connecticut as an ENCORE Connecticut Fellow, focusing on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management. Additionally, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Finance from Sacred Heart University. Furthermore, David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Bridgeport. To further enhance their expertise, they earned a Master of Science degree in Taxation from the University of New Haven.
