Tanya McClaran has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Tanya started their career as a National Recruiting Manager at Management Recruiters of Iowa City, specializing in HR, Sales, and Marketing positions. Tanya then joined the Army National Guard as a Supply Logistics Specialist before transitioning to the corporate world.
