Franchise Employment Compliance Manager at Foodco

Michele Kennedy is an experienced professional in the hospitality and employment relations sectors. Currently serving as the Franchise Employment Compliance Manager at Foodco since February 2005, Michele transitioned to the Employment Relations Department from the Victoria Jamaica Blue State Managers role in February 2017. Prior experience includes working as a State Franchise Manager at Sodexo from October 1999 to January 2005 and holding the position of Unit Manager. Earlier in career, Michele co-owned Timbale Catering/Cafe from 1991 to 1993, where services included catering for the Royal Melbourne Yacht Squadron. Michele holds a London City and Guilds Chef Apprenticeship in Hospitality from Otago Polytechnic | Te Pūkenga and a School Certificate from Villa Maria College in Christchurch, New Zealand.
