Katrin Liivat

Katrin Liivat has been involved in a variety of businesses since 2005. Katrin began their career as General Manager of Fazer Food Services in 2005, and then moved on to become a Food Safety Supervisor for a food safety consultancy in 2008. In 2011, they co-founded Söökla, a breakfast and lunch eatery in Tondi Ärikeskus inner yard. In 2014, they co-founded Exit Room Tallinn, the first escape room in Estonia. Most recently, in 2017, they became the CEO and Founder of FoodDocs, a company that helps create and maintain food safety management systems.

Katrin Liivat obtained a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and Processing from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology in 2004. Prior to this, they attended Viljandi C. R. Jakobsoni nim. Gümnaasium, where they were in a special class of English.
