Yiling L. has a diverse work experience starting in 2017 as an Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at BETO Eng. & Mktg. Co., Ltd. In 2018, they worked as a SAP Consultant at a company called "采威國際資訊股份有限公司" until 2020. Yiling then gained experience as a Project Management Intern at Agile Robots AG from September 2021 to October 2021. Yiling then moved on to work as an International Sales Intern at Alphabet International from November 2021 to April 2022. In 2022, Yiling worked as a Working Student in Data Analytics/Business Intelligence at XEMPUS. Currently, they hold the position of a Business Intelligence Analyst at Foodji starting from July 2023.

Yiling L. has a diverse education history. They obtained an Associate of Business Administration (A.B.A) degree in Business Administration from National Taichung University of Science and Technology, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. Later, Yiling pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at National Kaohsiung University of Applied Sciences, completing their studies from 2013 to 2016.

In order to further enhance their knowledge and skills, Yiling attended Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt in 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Industrial Engineering. Yiling completed this program within the same year.

Yiling's educational journey continued as they aspired to specialize in Digital Technology Management. They enrolled at Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, beginning in 2020 and will complete their studies in 2023. They are currently working towards a Master's degree in Digital Technology Management.

Additionally, Yiling has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. These include Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist from Trailhead by Salesforce, Excel Business Intelligence: Data Modeling 101, Excel Business Intelligence: Power Query, and From Excel to SQL from LinkedIn Learning. Yiling also completed courses in Introduction to SQL and Introduction to Python from DataCamp in 2021 and 2020, respectively.
