Adrian Friederich

Adrian Friederich is a seasoned professional in venture capital and investment, currently serving as Principal at FoodLabs since November 2024, and involved in consulting and early-stage investing with Goyo Capital UG since January 2024. As the Berlin co-lead for Rising Tide Collective since November 2021 and a mentor at Techstars since February 2021, Adrian contributes to nurturing startup ecosystems. Previously, Adrian was part of the investment team at Astanor Ventures, focusing on impact investing within the agri-food sector from October 2021 to October 2024, and worked with Maersk Growth in a similar capacity from July 2018 to October 2021. Earlier experience includes business development roles at Danske Bank and Forto, as well as analytical positions at Droege Group and Volaris. Adrian holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Strategic Management from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Cologne, complemented by an Erasmus exchange at Koç University.
