Kelly R. has worked in the professional world since 2017. Kelly began their career as an Annuity Policy Representative and Commission Accounting Specialist at Global Bankers Insurance Group. In 2019, Kelly moved to ROI Revolution, Inc. as a Business Analyst, where they managed product feeds, conducted market research, and used SQL to manipulate data. In 2021, Kelly joined First Horizon Bank as a Digital Business Analyst, where they supported the Product Owner and additional agile Digital Banking teams in completing projects and initiatives, led key initiatives for internal and external stakeholders, and supported the QA team. Kelly also documented internal systems and architecture and trained new analysts and contracted positions. Kelly is currently a Product Owner at FoodLogiQ.

Kelly then obtained their Certified Annuity Specialist (CAS) from the Institute of Business & Finance in September 2018, their GSRE from FINRA in July 2017, their Querying Data with Transact-SQL from Microsoft in May 2020, their IBM Data Science from Open edX Community in November 2020, their Google UX Design from Google in August 2021, their Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in December 2021, and their Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in January 2022.
