Steve Franke has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Steve started their career at Garden Fresh Restaurant Corp. in 2002, where they held the position of Regional Leadership Development General Manager and Corporate Trainer until 2012.

Following that, they worked at HoneyBaked Ham as an Operations Manager in 2012 and then at Kangaroo Express, an operating trade name of The Pantry, Inc., as a Food and Operational Safety Manager from 2014 to 2015. During their time at Kangaroo Express, the company was acquired by Couche-Tard (Circle K).
