Fredrik Sjögren has extensive work experience in sales and customer development roles. Fredrik started their career in 1999 as a Sales/ Team Leader at Axfood. Fredrik then moved on to work as a Sales Executive at Netpool Sweden in 2000. In 2001, they joined Cederroth International AB and began as a Key Account Manager, eventually being promoted to Customer Manager. Fredrik developed business with ICA Sweden and the Drugstore Retail Environment during their time there.

In 2004, Fredrik joined Colgate Palmolive as a Business Account Manager. Fredrik later became a Customer Development Manager, where they were responsible for the business with ICA Sweden and served as the lead negotiator for ICA Nordic. Fredrik then took on the role of Senior Customer Development Manager, developing Colgate Palmolive's business for customer clusters such as ICA, Bergendahls, and Hard Discount. Fredrik also became a certified trainer/teacher for Europe, facilitating trainings within Customer Development.

Fredrik joined Arla Foods in 2011 and held various roles within the company. Fredrik first served as a Business Unit Director, overseeing the business with Axfood Sverige. Fredrik then became a Senior Sales Director, Retail for Cheese, Butter & Fruitdrinks, where they were responsible for sales and customer development within the entire Swedish Retail Channel. Fredrik also took on the role of Senior Sales Director, Retail for Fresh Dairy Products, managing the Swedish Retail Channel and leading a team across various functions.

Most recently, Fredrik worked at Foodmark AB as a Sales Director. Fredrik headed sales, covering the Swedish Retail Market as well as OOH/Foodservice. Fredrik was a member of the Leadership Team and managed a team with direct reports, covering functions such as KAM, Field Sales, Trade Marketing, and Category Management.
