Roberto Mülbert

Roberto Mülbert has extensive work experience in the food industry, holding various leadership positions in several companies. Roberto began their career in 1988 as a Technical Supervisor at Duas Rodas Industrial. Roberto then worked at Macedo, Koerich S.A. for ten years as an Industrial Manager. In 2001, they served as the General Manager of the Rio de Janeiro Branch at Pesqueira Oceânica, where they were responsible for various areas including production, purchasing, and sales. From 2002 to 2006, they were an Industrial Manager at Pesqueira Oceânica's largest site, Penasul Alimentos, overseeing a team of over 1,400 professionals.

In 2006, Roberto joined BRF as the Corporate Industrial Director at Avipal, where they managed multiple productive sites and nearly 7,000 employees. Roberto then moved to Marfrig Global Foods in 2008, initially serving as the Operations Director for the Beef Division, managing a team of 18,700 professionals. From 2011 to 2012, they took on the role of Operations Director for the Seara Division's Poultry business unit, overseeing a team of 20 employees.

Starting in 2012, Roberto joined JBS as the Operations Executive Director for the Beef Division, responsible for managing a team of 38,000 professionals across 50 production sites. From 2015 to 2016, they became the Executive Director (CEO) of Big Frango at JBS, reporting directly to the President of JBS Foods and leading a team of 8,500 employees.

Currently, Roberto Mülbert is serving as the Executive Director for South America at Foodmate B.V. since 2017. The exact end dates for some of their roles are not provided.

Roberto Mülbert completed their Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, starting in 1982 and graduating in 1988. Roberto then pursued a specialization in Industrial Management from the INPG Business School, starting in 1996 and completing it in 1998. Later, in 2006, they enrolled at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management, which they finished in 2007.
