Sara Rivera Rodriguez has a diverse work experience in the food and hospitality industry. Sara started their career in 2009 as an Assistant Cook at Hotel de la Opera, where they assisted in food preparation and was responsible for portioning and mise en place for the buffet service. In 2010, they worked as a Line Cook at Qual Valley River and Golf Club, where they handled the cold kitchen line and occasionally assisted in the hot kitchen. Sara also had experience in pastry and dessert preparation there.

Sara then transitioned to the role of Growth Chef in 2021, focusing on driving growth and innovation within the company. Currently, they serve as the Head of Quality for Colombia y Peru, emphasizing their expertise in quality management.
