Ilya Jihan Zaila

Ilya Jihan Zaila is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in payroll processing and human resources management. Currently, Ilya serves as an HR Specialist in APAC People Services at Foodpanda, focusing on payroll for Malaysia and collaborating with the payroll vendor Cloudpay. Previously, Ilya worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Aero Samudra Sdn Bhd, where responsibilities included tax management, recruitment, performance management, and employee record maintenance. Earlier roles included positions at DHL in payroll processing for Australia and at Emerson Process Management, where Ilya handled recruitment and payroll administration.
