Diego Trevino has over 13 years of experience in customer service, engineering, and customer success. From 2006 to 2013, they worked at Mohawk Industries as a Customer Service Representative/Samples Specialist. During their time there, they were responsible for creating and distributing concept boards, as well as inputting business figures using Microsoft Word and Excel. Diego also provided on-site help for computer related issues. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Bunchball as a Customer Support Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, and Senior Customer Success Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for integrating Bunchball's PaaS and RESTful API solutions into customer's platforms, working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams, and developing and implementing streamlined technical support processes. Since 2016, they have been the Director of Engineering at Foodsmart, where they lead and grows a team of engineers responsible for end to end integration of customer development needs, is the primary customer-facing resource for professional services scoping and customer technical needs, manages the solutions team roadmap, and is an internal subject matter expert for sales, marketing, and customer service.
