Rachel Onusko

Rachel Onusko, RDN, is a Registered Dietitian with extensive experience in providing nutrition education and counseling, particularly to adolescents facing healthcare access barriers and individuals in eating disorder treatment. Currently serving at Foodsmart and Minnesota Community Care, Rachel Onusko collaborates with community agencies to coordinate nutrition services and develops wellness education materials. Previously, Rachel Onusko worked at LynLake Centers for WellBeing and The Emily Program, utilizing a non-weight-centric approach in treating various eating disorders and leading therapeutic support groups. Rachel Onusko's clinical training includes a Dietetic Internship at Michigan Medicine, covering pediatric care and community nutrition programs. Rachel Onusko holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Nutrition from Ohio University and has also studied Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services at the University of Botswana.
