Dilip Krishnan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Foodsta Kitchens since March 2022, Dilip focuses on integrating food, community, and technology. Previously, from March 2015 to March 2022, Dilip held the position of Chief Operating Officer at The Zest Group, Lionrock Capital's F&B arm specializing in Fast Casual concepts. Prior roles include several leadership positions at Outback Steakhouse, where responsibilities encompassed marketing across Southeast Asia and driving sales regarding e-commerce and innovation. Dilip holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B Tech in Computer Science from Govt College of Engineering, Kannur.
