Jessica Cross, P.E., has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jessica started their career at Jacobs Engineering, where they served as a Project Engineer and managed the daily activities of a group of six engineers. During this time, they also took on the role of Inside Sales Manager, overseeing the bid proposal process and managing a team of business development staff.

After their time at Jacobs, Jessica worked at Crane ChemPharma as a Strategic Marketing Manager, where they played a key role in corporate level strategic initiatives. Jessica developed a strategy to double sales into the chemical and pharmaceutical industry and identified target accounts for growth.
