Damian Barr

Damian Barr is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and enterprise architecture across various sectors. Currently serving as the Strategy and Architecture Manager at Foodstuffs North Island Limited since September 2015, Damian oversees the alignment of business strategy with technology initiatives to facilitate organizational change. Previously, roles included IT Strategic Advisor and Enterprise Architect at GlobalDairyTrade, and Business Strategist at IBM, where consulting on major New Zealand businesses encompassed enterprise architecture, strategy governance, and transformation planning. Early career positions included Enterprise Architect at Auckland City Council, Strategy and Governance Advisor for AMP Financial Services, and leadership roles at Unisys, Peace Software, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, and Ernst & Young. Damian holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from London Metropolitan University.
