Jo-Anne Coxen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both finance administration and optometry. Currently serving as an ITSM Technical Writer at Foodstuffs North Island Limited since July 2023, Jo-Anne previously worked as a Business Analyst at Frucor Suntory, where responsibilities included use case analysis and problem-solving.
