Melissa Brown

Melissa Brown currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Foodstuffs North Island Limited, where leadership of a high-performing HR generalist team has facilitated strategic partnerships across a workforce of 25,000. In previous roles at Foodstuffs, including People Projects Lead and HR Business Partner for Supply Chain, Melissa contributed significantly to key strategic projects such as the management of personnel aspects during the establishment of a new ambient distribution center.
