Will Ward

Will Ward is an experienced professional with a strong background in sports management and consultancy. Currently serving as the Category Manager for Beer, Cider & Tobacco at Foodstuffs North Island Limited since March 2023, Will also operates as the Director of Ward Consulting Limited, which focuses on delivering comprehensive consultancy services for international sporting events and funding strategies. Previously, Will held the position of Sales Director APAC at Next Frontier Brands and contributed as a Board Member for Tennis New Zealand. Additional roles include Head of Strategy and Commercial at Duco Events and Partnerships Manager at HT Group NZ, along with significant operational experience at GMR Marketing and IMG during major sporting events. Will Ward holds a B.A. in Corporate Communications from the University of Kentucky, where studies took place from 2006 to 2008.
