Chanel Rollet

Chanel Rollet is an accomplished IT professional currently serving as the Director of Restaurant IT at Foodtastic since November 2022, with prior roles as Restaurant IT Manager and Information Technology Project Manager. Before joining Foodtastic, Chanel worked at PayFacto from September 2020 to November 2022 as an Implementation Specialist focusing on Veloce POS, where responsibilities included training various stakeholders and providing on-site technical support for major events.
