Alec McNayr

Alec McNayr is a seasoned entrepreneurial leader and storyteller, with a strong background in social media advertising and team building. Currently, Alec serves as the founder of Spotlight & Co and is actively involved as a writer, speaker, and emcee at the Westside Story Club. Alec co-founded the successful agency McBeard, which was acquired by Fullscreen in 2015, and has held notable positions such as SVP of Social at Fullscreen and EVP of Marketing & Communications at Otter Media. Recognized on the "40 under 40" lists by AdAge and Pepperdine University, Alec has also published a humor book and sold a pilot to ABC. Alec's educational journey continues at Pepperdine University, where they are pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
