Dr Alessandro Medici

Dr Alessandro Medici is an experienced Principal Service Designer at Foolproof, specializing in end-to-end service design projects for a diverse clientele since October 2021. Previously, as Service Design Manager at Money and Pensions Service, Dr Medici created an innovation framework to facilitate large-scale service design projects and oversaw the "Breathing Space Mental Health Access" initiative. In early career roles at the University of Leeds, Dr Medici led workshops to address community challenges, co-authored design tools for marginalized communities, and taught courses on design software. A background as a Full-Stack Developer and UX/UI design consultant complements Dr Medici's expertise in user-centric design and web development, supported by a PhD in Social Design and a BA in Design and Technology Management from the University of Leeds.
