Leslie Fountain

Leslie Fountain is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human-centered design and usability. Currently serving as Chief Executive Director of Foolproof's Experience Design Practice at Zensar Technologies since 2016, Leslie focuses on transforming services and cultures for major global brands to be more customer-centric. Leslie began at Foolproof in 2011 as Managing Director, leading efforts in business transformation and innovation through insight-driven design. Prior to Foolproof, Leslie held roles at System Concepts Ltd as Joint Managing Director and provided expertise as a Consultant for various organizations, including notable projects with Cable & Wireless and Microsoft for the NHS Connecting for Health initiative. Leslie's educational background includes an MBA from Bayes Business School and a Master's in Human Factors from Dalhousie University, complementing a solid foundation in Kinesiology.
