Alan Hughes

Alan Hughes is a seasoned legal professional with over 26 years of experience in the Financial Services sector. Currently, as a Partner at Foot Anstey since November 2008, Alan leads the firm's efforts in advising FSA-authorised firms and consumer credit firms. Prior to this role, Alan spent more than 11 years at Bond Pearce, where progression from paralegal to Senior Associate included significant focus on the Financial Services team and expertise in the Consumer Credit Act 1974. Alan holds a 2:1 degree in Law and Accounting from the University of Southampton, completed in 1993, alongside earlier education at Ysgol John Bright.
