Heather Welham

Heather Welham is an experienced legal professional specializing in corporate, commercial, and insolvency disputes. Currently serving as Principal Director at Foot Anstey LLP since January 2022, Heather has a robust focus on professional negligence claims against solicitors and accountants, as well as advising insolvency practitioners. Previous roles include Senior Associate at Blake Morgan LLP, where experience included advising on corporate and commercial disputes, and various positions at Shoosmiths and Coffin Mew LLP, where Heather developed expertise in commercial litigation and provided litigation services to SMEs and individuals. Heather began a legal career as a paralegal at prominent firms including Linklaters and Hogan Lovells, and holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Kent and a LPC from the College of Law, Guildford.
