Ina Simon

Ina Simon is the Executive Director of HR Business Partnering at Foot Anstey LLP, where she collaborates with the HR Director and Group Leaders on resourcing, leadership, and HR management. With a background as a commercial Board level Director in a national law firm, Ina specializes in human resource management, organizational development, and transformational leadership. She also heads the Resourcing function and serves as the Operations Director for Real Estate at Foot Anstey. In previous roles at the Met Office, Bond Dickinson LLP, and Bond Pearce, Ina has demonstrated her expertise in maximizing individual and team performance. She holds a degree from Pestalozzi Gymnasium in Unna, Germany.
