Kieran van Bussel

Kieran van Bussel is a Principal Director and Managing Associate specializing in Corporate and Energy law at Foot Anstey LLP since October 2020. With a focus on energy and private equity, Kieran has extensive experience in solar PV, wind, hydroelectric, battery storage, and other renewable energy projects, encompassing financing, acquisitions, and regulatory matters. Prior experience includes serving as an Energy Associate at Michelmores, where Kieran dealt with M&A transactions and commercial contracts within the energy sector, and as a Trainee Solicitor, gaining exposure to various legal areas. Kieran also managed operations in the fast-food industry and worked as a Debt Recovery Paralegal, handling litigation and enforcement processes. Kieran holds a First Class BA(hons) degree in Criminology and Psychology from the University of the West of England.
