Paolo Sbuttoni

Paolo Sbuttoni serves as a Partner at Foot Anstey, a UK independent firm specializing in technology, data, and commercial law, since July 2023. Paolo has a wealth of experience in the legal field, having previously held the position of Partner at Baker McKenzie for over a decade, where significant achievements include building a Telecommunications, Media and Technology team in Hong Kong that received accolades as Asia Legal Business TMT Law Firm of the Year in 2021 and 2022. In addition to the current roles, Paolo contributes as a Legal Mentor for the FinTech Innovation Lab London and has held various leadership positions, including Co-Chair of the Bristol KnowledgeNet Chapter for IAPP. Educational qualifications include an LLM in Telecoms, Competition, and Internet/IT law from UCL and a BA in English from the University of Leicester.
