Brad Schauer

Brad Schauer is a senior human resources professional with extensive experience in human resources management, particularly in global supply chain operations. Currently serving as the Sr. Human Resources Manager at Foot Locker since May 2014, Brad oversees the HR department for the company's sole manufacturing division and several corporate departments globally, managing a team of HR associates to support organizational needs. Prior to Foot Locker, Brad worked at Eastbay, Inc. from September 2002 to May 2014 in various HR roles, including Human Resources Generalist and Employee Relations Specialist, where responsibilities included on-site HR leadership, performance management, and employee relations investigations. Brad began the HR career as a Human Resources Intern at Gander Mountain in 2000. Brad earned a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communication and Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
