Frank Bracken serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Foot Locker, Inc. where he leads Foot Locker’s global retail banners, merchandising, and marketing, as well as digital, loyalty, and e-commerce. For more than a decade, Frank has most notably elevated and expanded some of Foot Locker's core banner brands such as Kids Foot Locker, Lady Foot Locker, Champs and most recently WSS.

Frank has held multiple titles at Foot Locker, Inc., such as Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President and CEO of Foot Locker North America and Senior Vice President and General Manager. Prior to joining the company, Frank served as the Vice President of Brand Management for Powerade and as a Brand Manager for Sprite/Sprite Zero at The Coca-Cola Company. There Frank and his team worked aggressively to innovate the 15-year-old brands as sport drinks, as soda alternatives became mainstream products. To date, his earliest career ventures can be noted at the Miller Brewing Company and at Pricewaterhouse Coopers.

Frank holds a BBA degree from The University of Michigan and a master's degree in marketing from the Melbourne Business School. He too holds an MBA from Georgetown University.
