Gina Drosos serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors at Signet Jewelers since September 2012, where roles include Chair of the Nominations and Governance Committee and member of the Compensation Committee and Customer Experience sub-committee, focusing on omnichannel strategy. As Chief Executive Officer of Signet, Drosos is transforming the company’s brands into innovative, digital-first, and data-driven retail destinations. Drosos also holds a Board position at Foot Locker, alongside prior positions at American Financial Group as an Independent Director and President and CEO at Assurex Health, where a strategic sale to Myriad Genetics was executed. Previous experience at Procter & Gamble includes multiple roles, culminating as Group President of Global Beauty Care, where significant innovations and market expansions were achieved. Drosos earned an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
