Michelle N. is an experienced sustainability professional currently serving as the ESG Controller (Sr. Director) at Foot Locker since June 2024. Previously, Michelle held the position of Director of Sustainability at The Hain Celestial Group from October 2020 to June 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing global sustainability goals, engaging internally on science-based targets, and supporting sustainable packaging initiatives. Prior consulting roles at BSR and as an independent consultant focused on sustainability strategy, responsible sourcing, and social investment screening. Michelle has also contributed to various organizations through roles in sustainability reporting and research, including work with community programs and the United Nations. With academic credentials including a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies, Public Policy, and Law from Binghamton University, Michelle demonstrates a strong commitment to advancing environmental and social governance initiatives.
