Earlier in their career, Pasi worked at Suunto, where they developed the Net Promoter Score (NPS) process, and at Anvia as the Director of Products and Services. Pasi also has experience at Nokia, Apollonia ry, Atbusiness Communications, and TNT in various IT management and technical roles. Pasi's expertise lies in technology leadership, driving innovation, and optimizing operations across different organizations and industries.
Pasi Seppänen holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Pasi also has a Master's Degree in Information Technology from the same university, obtained in 2006-2007. Pasi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology & Leadership from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, acquired in 2002-2003. Prior to that, they pursued Electrical Engineering at Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan from 1991 to 1994. Pasi has additional certifications including "Elements of AI" from the University of Helsinki in 2020, "Scrum Product Owner" and "Certified Scrum Master" from Tieturi and Scrum Alliance respectively in 2013, and "ICT Leadership (TIJO42)" from Tieturi in 2008.
