Rob Gray

Rob Gray currently serves as the Head of Academy Goalkeeping at Bohemian Football Club, where responsibilities include creating and implementing a goalkeeping curriculum across all age groups, collaborating with coaching staff, and overseeing training sessions. Additionally, Rob holds the role of Auxiliary GK Coach with the Football Association of Ireland and has previously worked as the Women’s Senior Team Goalkeeping Coach and Academy Goalkeeping Coach at Shamrock Rovers F.C., achieving notable successes in player development. Earlier roles include coaching at St. Patricks Athletic and a significant tenure as Chairperson at Balscadden FC, where innovative fundraising efforts greatly benefited the club's financial health.
