Esther Wills

Esther Wills (Laugharne) has a strong background in performance analysis within the field of football. Esther began their career in 1997 as a Performance Analyst at the Centre for Performance Analysis, UWIC. Esther later worked as a Performance Analysis Consultant before joining the Football Association of Wales Trust as the Head of Performance Analysis in 2008. In 2022, Esther moved to the Football Association of Wales as the Head of Performance Analysis & Football Insights, where they currently hold a leadership role.

Esther Wills (Laugharne) completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physiology from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd in 1994-1997. Esther then pursued their Master of Science (MSc) in Sport and Exercise Science from UWIC from 1999-2001.
