John Young

John Young has accumulated a wealth of experience in financial management and accounting roles. Starting as an Accountant at Neil Wilson & Co Chartered Accountants in 2009, they later progressed to roles such as Accountant at Celsa Steel UK in 2014, Finance Director at GFG Alliance in 2020, and finally, Chief Financial Officer at the Football Association of Wales in 2023. Throughout their career, they demonstrated expertise in managing finances and internal controls in various organizations.

John Young attended Churston Ferrers Grammar School from 1999 to 2006. John then went on to study Mathematics at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from 2006 to 2009. John also has some education background from ACCA.
