Lee Collier

Lee Collier is an experienced football coach currently serving as the Lead Coach and Director at PLAYER CENTRE since 2021, while also fulfilling the role of FAW Tutor and Coach Educator with the Football Association of Wales since August 2018. Additional experience includes serving as Lead Youth Development Phase Coach at Oxford United Football Club from January 2023 to January 2024, and previously as Senior Professional Development Phase Coach at Port Vale Football Club. Collier has a robust background in developing coaching programs and technical syllabi aimed at enhancing the progression of academy players, overseeing their technical, tactical, and mental development, and working towards their integration into first team environments. Previous coaching roles include 1st Team Coach at Weymouth Football Club and Lead Professional Development Phase Coach at Milton Keynes Dons Football Club, where responsibilities encompassed planning and delivering detailed sessions, individual development plans, and performance management for youth squads.
