Prior roles include Academy Senior Sport Scientist at Aston Villa Football Club and various positions at Watford Football Club, including Head of Academy Sport Science and Academy Conditioning Coach. Sharp also worked as an Academy Sport Science/Strength & Conditioning Coach at Norwich City FC's Regional Development Programme. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Strength & Conditioning from St Mary's University and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Exercise Health & Sports Coaching Studies from Oxford Brookes University.
