Harriet Farnham is a seasoned educational professional with extensive experience in program development and teaching. Currently serving as Senior Impact and Training Manager at Football Beyond Borders since 2019, Harriet evaluates and designs social and emotional learning curricula for over 3,000 at-risk young people in the UK. Previously, as Head of English and SEN Specialist at The Learn Academy, Harriet taught various subjects at the GCSE and A-Level secondary education levels and managed a team of humanities teachers. Contributions to refugeeEd focused on creating educational resources for children and adults affected by violence, while roles at Bloomsbury Publishing and LitCharts included writing and curriculum development. Harriet's earlier experiences include teaching vulnerable students through Teach First and volunteering in Peru, complemented by a strong academic background with a Master’s degree from The London School of Economics focusing on gender and development.
