Carlee Millikin

Carlee Millikin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sports management and digital transformation. Currently serving as an Executive Committee Member for the Australian Curling Federation since January 2023, Carlee drives strategic planning and governance within the sport. In addition, Carlee holds the position of General Manager for World Cup Legacy Programs at Football Australia since May 2021, where oversight includes the development of programs related to the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Analyst at Deloitte Australia, where contributions were made to digital transformation projects for various organizations, and as Project Lead for the World Curling Federation, focused on enhancing wheelchair curling. Carlee's academic background includes a Bachelor of Engineering Honours (Biomedical) and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of Sydney, a Postgraduate Certificate in International Sports Management from the University of London, and further studies at Louisiana State University.
